Mr. Bradshaw is a shareholder and President of Bradshaw & Mountjoy, P.A. Founded by his father, Donald J. Bradshaw in 1950, Bradshaw & Mountjoy, P.A. has provided legal services to Citrus County, Florida for almost 70 years. Mr. Bradshaw was born and raised in Citrus County, and after getting his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, he returned to Citrus County and started his legal career with the state attorney’s office prosecuting criminals. Mr. Bradshaw left the state attorneys office in 1994 to practice in his father’s firm with his longtime law partner, Michael Mountjoy.
Mr. Bradshaw advises clients in estate planning, with an emphasis on implementing the client’s objectives, asset protection and minimizing wealth transfer taxes. Mr. Bradshaw also represents fiduciaries through all stages of probate, estate and trust administration.
Additionally, Mr. Bradshaw has represented the Citrus County School Board for 13 years and previously represented the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office for 7 years.
